Teacher Education & Training Programs

Working with our partner churches and organizations we will promote and train “best practice standards” between private and public schools in Nicaragua. We working to help them discover for themselves better ideas and processes of teaching the skills and structures that are indigenous to their culture. Develop a strategy of ongoing support and development of teaching ideas and models that transfer from culture to culture. Provide intensive evaluation and one-on-one training through the use of teacher trips. Provide materials and classroom aids to better equip the schools that we work with. Develop on-going teacher development through the use of online tools and discussion forums between U.S. teachers and partner schools. Provide for large group teacher events to recognize and encourage teachers in our ministry countries. Provide one-day seminars throughout the year for teacher development and support. Work in collaboration with book publishers in the U.S. to ship and produce quality books for use in our partner schools
