Our Girls of "HOPE" program will connect a donor in the U.S. with an at-risk girl in Nicaragua. This plan will have three levels of involvement dependent upon donor ability and desire. Level one (Girls of Hope) is a $30.00 per month support that will allow an at-risk girl to have the very basic needs of food. Level two (Girls of Promise) is a $60.00 per month plan that provides for education and job training as well as the components of level one. Level three plan (Girls of Excellence) is $90.00 per month which includes the above as well as provide for future assistance in the form of money management and budgeting of extra funds at her disposal. It is understood that even at this level of support the actual need per girl per month is about $150.00 - 180.00 per month to meet all of her needs in this program. Goals: To provide a relationally driven financial model using a blended approach: a) individuals b) churches. To develop long-term sustainable funding for our current partners. To create a scalable, repeatable financial and operational model to support our at-risk girls program. To outline a vision for individual and church partnerships with Hope House International. To partner with Center of Faith, Hope and Love Church of Masatepe, To create an education system within the girl's home and provide education at all school levels in order to prepare these girls with hope for the future. To establish a self-sufficient coffee farm that will produce a sustainable funding source for the girl's home. To build 8 other building that can house additional at-risk girls in Masatepe, Nicaragua and other parts of Latin America. To create a bakery/coffee shop for at-risk girls to teach skills and provide opportunities for self support after leaving girls home. |
